Captain Instructions

This year the COSA web site has been updated to allow team captains to record city league results directly on the web site. This will update the team standings, and the COSA rankings.

In a web browser, open the URL http://www.centralontariosquash.com , click on the 'Captain Login' tab on the left. Login with the credentials you received via email.

Click on the 'Maintain Roster' link, add or remove players from the roster.

- Each Wed night, both team captains are responsible for ensuring player first and last name, and match results, are recorded accurately, and for confirming who will enter the results on the COSA web site.

- Please enter results as soon as possible after matches are played.

1. Click on the 'Submit League Scores' link

2. Select the match date to record from the drop down

3. If the match was postponed, click 'Record as Postponed'

4. Otherwise, enter match results by selecting each player and specifying the score

  4.1 If a game is forfeited, select 'forfeit' as the player name for the team that forfeit and assign a score of 0, select the player name from the non-forfeiting team and assign a score of 3

  4.2 If non-roster player was called up for match, click x to load all COSA players, select desired player

  4.3 If non-roster player is not in the COSA player list, email Scott Tindal (scott.tindal@gmail.com) and Ryan Bertand (rbertrand_99@yahoo.com) to add that player (you must include first name, last name, and home club)

5. If this was a makeup match (from previously postponed match(es)) for double or triple points, enter 2 or 3 in the score multiplier field

6. Click on the Submit button, the team standings are updated, and individual rankings are also updated.

7. After successful submission of results, a link will appear to email the results to both captains. If possible, please click this link, an email window will appear in your default email program, send this email to allow the opposing captain to verify the results.

If errors are identified after matches have been entered, please email Scott Tindal (scott.tindal@gmail.com) and Ryan Bertand (rbertrand_99@yahoo.com) with correction information.

Change password or email

Click on the 'Change Password/Contact email' link to change your contact email (also used to login) or password.
